Here's my Happy Birthday card with Radiant NEON
SUPPLIES
- Radiant Neon "Electric Pink" & "Electric Yellow"
- Sponge Dauber
- Stamp - Penny black
- Die - Penny Black
- Card stock - white , orange, yellow
- glue
- rhinestones
HOW TO
Stamp flower image randamly with Radiant Neon Electric Pink |
Sponge center of the flowers with Radiant Neon Electric Yellow |
Die cut word from stamped panel. Keep these little ovals from "a""p" "B" & "d" |
